On 22 July 2013, the delegation of the Orthodox Church of Antioch, commissioned by His Beatitude Patriarch John X of Great Antioch and All the East to participate in the celebrations marking the 1025th anniversary of the Baptism of Russia, arrived in Moscow.

The delegation is headed by Metropolitan Antonios (Chedraoui) of Mexico, Venezuela, Central America and the Caribbean. His Eminence Antonios is accompanied by Bishop Constantine (Kayal) of Chrysopolis. In Moscow they were joined by Archbishop Niphon (Saykali) of Philippopolis, representative of the Patriarch of Great Antioch and All the East to the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia.
