Metropolitan Hilarion meets with temporary rector of the Anglican parish in Moscow
On January 18, 2017, Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, head of the Department for External Church Relations (DECR), met at the DECR with the Rev. Patrick Irwin, Church of England, who has been assigned by his Church to serve temporarily at the Anglican Parish of St. Andrew in Moscow.
