Beloved in the Lord Brother and Concelebrant:

 

With pain in my heart I took the report about the terror action perpetrated in Istanbul in which tens of people were killed and many injured.

 

Sharing the grief of Your Holiness and the Turkish people, I am extending my condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims of this terrible tragedy.

 

May the Lord be merciful to the victims and may He give consolation to the bereaved in their loss.
