Your Excellency, Dear Mr. President:
I cordially congratulate you on the jubilee date – your 75th birthday.
You are rightly considered to be one of the wisest and most experienced statesmen in Europe. Heading the Czech Republic, you have exerted every effort to improve the quality of life of your fellow citizens and to take care of their social and economic welfare.
I would like to make a special mention of your contribution to the consolidation of bilateral relations between Russia and Czechia, whose peoples are bound by not only Slavic roots but also the common Christian heritage.
On this day so significant for you, I wish you good health, fortitude and God’s help in the lofty and important Presidential ministry.
