Beloved in the Lord Brother and Concelebrant at God’s Altar:
I cordially congratulate you upon another anniversary of your Patriarchal enthronement.
Performing the lofty Primatial ministry at the old see of the Patriarchs of Antioch and All the East, you are taking care of the glorification of the Great and Pre-Eternal Hierarch. At a time so hard for Syria, you are teaching the flock to stay in righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness (1 Tim. 6:11), seeking to actively develop the work of charity and show concern for the needy and give consolation to the sorrowful.
May the All-Generous Lord send you good health, peace of the soul and His abundant help in your further Primatial work.
