Please accept my cordial greetings with the 45th anniversary of your episcopal consecration.
The years of your ministry in the Vineyard of Christ have been marked by multiple fruitful labours. You have contributed to the reconstruction of churches and monasteries, carried out scientific researches, worked actively in the sphere of religious education, and preached the Word of God to various peoples, including those of the African continent.
Your name has left its mark in the history of the Albanian Orthodox Church, revived after a dark period of persecutions. In you, the clergy and the flock have a loving father and experienced guide.
Rejoicing with you on this day of celebration, I wish you blessed help from the Lord in your arduous Primatial ministry, peace and good health for many years.
