Patriarch Kirill’s congratulations to Patriarch Daniel of Romania
His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia has sent the following congratulatory message to the Primate of the Romanian Orthodox Church on the occasion of his Name Day:

Teaching your clergy and flock to fight the good fight of the faith and take hold of the eternal life (1 Tim. 6:12), you with paternal love take care of the welfare of the Orthodox people of Romania and introduce those who are in the dark to the Gospel’s truth.
Through the intercession of your heavenly patron saint, may generous God help you in your further work for the benefit of the Holy Church, keeping you in spiritual and physical fortitude for many good years.
