DECR vice-chairman meets with Latvia’s Ambassador to Russia

On 25 September 2014, at the premises of the Moscow Patriarchate’s Department for External Church Relations, Archpriest Nikolai Balashov, DECR vice-chairman, met with Ms. Astra Kurme, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Russian Federation.

The participants in the meeting discussed issues of mutual interest.
