On June 15, 2012, the Supreme Church Council of the Russian Orthodox Church met for a regular session at the Church of Christ the Saviour’s Supreme Church Council Hall. It was chaired by His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia.

Patriarch Kirill gave an opening address. The Council considered the implementation of its previous decisions.

Bishop Kirill of Stavropol and Nevinnomysk made a report on the ROC’s cooperation with the Cossack military societies.

The Council also considered a draft model statute of seminaries and proposals for items to be put on the agenda of the next session.

The meeting was attended by the following members of the Supreme Church Council:
