DECR chairman meets with Presidential Special Representative for International Cultural Cooperation Mr. Shvydkoy

On April 6, 2011, Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, head of the Moscow Patriarchate’s Department for External Church Relations, received Mr. M. Shvydkoy, Presidential Special Representative for International Cultural Cooperation.

They discussed the participation of the Russian Orthodox Church in cultural exchanges with various countries. Present at the audience was also Archpriest Nikolay Balashov, DECR vice-chairman.
