DECR Chairman congratulates Patriarch Theophilos on the 4th anniversary of his ascent to patriarchal throne

Kindly accept my warm congratulations on the 4th anniversary of your ascent to the old throne of Patriarchs of Jerusalem.
Your lofty ministry as head of the Mother of Churches has been marked with untiring care for the preservation of the greats shrines which are of primary importance for all Christians. Ardent are also your prayers for peace for Jerusalem and your concern for the fraternal co-existence of the peoples living in the Holy Land.
On the day of the anniversary of your patriarchal enthronement, I wish Your Beatitude good health and God’s all-powerful help in your primatial ministry.
