Patriarch Kirill honoured with Moldova’s highest award
On October 9, 2011, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia was presented with Moldova’s highest award, the Order of the Republic, in a solemn ceremony at the Palace of the Republic in Kishinev, the capital of Moldova.

On October 9, 2011, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia came to the Eternitate Memorial in the Moldavian capital of Kishinev to lay a wreath in memory of the soldiers who died in action during the Great Patriotic War, struggling for the liberation of Moldova.

Metropolitan Hilarion: We all are aboard one and the same ship called the Church of Christ
