Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, head of the Moscow Patriarchate department for external church relations has extended condolences to the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Mr. Iyad bin Amin Madani, over the tragedy in Mecca in which hundreds of people were killed and injured.
