Overwhelming majority of clerics of the Archdiocese of Orthodox parishes of Russian tradition in Western Europe joins the Russian Orthodox Church

The overwhelming majority of clerics of the Archdiocese of Orthodox parishes of Russian Tradition in Western Europe followed the lead of Archbishop John of Dubna and joined the Russian Orthodox Church at the assembly of the clergy held in Paris on September 28, 2019.

The assembly voted an appeal to His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia.

The Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church will take a decision at its next session.
