On 4 November 2018, the feast day of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, the 3rd Antonin Readings dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the foundation of the Gorny Convent in Ein Kerem and the 150th anniversary of the Metochion of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission (REM) in Hebron were held at the St. Sergius Metochion by the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission with the assistance of the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society (IOPS) in Israel.

Reports were presented by Doctor of History Nikolai Lisovoy, the IOPS deputy chairman, on “One Hundred and Fifty Years of the Russian Presence in Hebron”, and by nun Magdalina (Kornilova) of the Gorny Convent and the REM Historical Archives Manager on “120th Anniversary of the Gorny Convent.”

A concert of sacred music followed performed by the Gorny Convent sisters and conducted by nun Evfimia (Subbotina).

Attending the 3rd Antonin Readings were over 100 persons, including clergymen, sisters from the Russian monasteries in Jerusalem, representatives of the Russian metochions in the Holy Land and pilgrims.
