Delegation from Russia visits Damascus Representation of the Russian Orthodox Church

On 10 June 2018,the  Sunday of All Saints Who Shone Forth in the Land of Russia, the Divine Liturgy was celebrated at the Church of St. Ignatius the God-Bearer at the Representation of the Russian Orthodox Church in Damascus. Hegumen Arseny (Sokolov), representative of the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia to the Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, officiated.

Praying during the Liturgy were Russian Orthodox parishioners living in Damascus, staff members of the Russian Embassy in Syria, and members of the Russian delegation led by Mr.  Dmitry Sablin, deputy of the State Duma, visiting Syria on business and humanitarian mission.
