His Holiness Patriarch Kirill greets His Beatitude Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem with his Name Day
His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia sent a message of greetings to the Primate of the Orthodox Church of Jerusalem on the commemoration day of his heavenly patron, Holy Martyr Theophilus of Sebaste. The text of the message is given below.

Patriarch of the Holy City of Jerusalem and All Palestine
Your Beatitude,
Beloved in the Lord Brother and Concelebrant,
On the commemoration day of the Holy Martyr Theophilus of Sebaste, I cordially greet you with your Name Day and prayerfully wish you bodily and spiritual strength, peace and abundant mercies from the All-Generous Maker.
Sending up your fervent prayers to your heavenly patron, you ask him for succor and guidance in your responsible Primatial labours at the Life-Giving Sepulchre of the Lord.
May, by the intercession of this glorious witness to the Truth, God, glorified in his saints, grant you help in your lofty Primatial ministry for the benefit of the Holy Church of Jerusalem.
