Archpriest Nikolay Balashov meets Russia’s ambassador to Mexico

On August 3, 2011, Archpriest Nikolay Balashov, DECR vice-chairman, met with the Russian Federation’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Mexican States, V. I. Morozov.

They discussed problems involved in the pastoral care of expatriates who reside in Mexico.
