DECR vice-chairman Hegumen Philaret visits Federal Agency for Cooperation

On July 7, 2011, Hegumen Philaret (Bulekov) met with the deputy director of the Federal Agency for CIS Affairs, Compatriots Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation, Mr. G. Muradov.

They exchanged opinions on the state of the joint work and prospects for common efforts by the DECR and Agency for Cooperation and agreed on the need to broaden the bilateral cooperation. They also deemed it reasonable to set up a joint working group for cooperation.

Participating in the talk were also Mr. M. Kiselev of the DECR secretariat for the far-abroad countries and Ms. O. Shirokov, head of the Agency’s department for non-governmental and religious organizations.
