Representative of the World Russian People’s Council to the UN takes part in plenary session of the Third Committee of the General Assembly

On 25 October 2010, the Revd. Igor Vyzhanov, representative of the World Russian People’s Council to the UN, attended plenary session of the Third Committee of the General Assembly in the framework of participation of the delegation of the Russian Federation in the 65^th session of the UN General Assembly, press service of the Patriarchal parishes in the USA reports.

Interactive dialogue with Kishor Singh, a special rapporteur on the right to education took place during the session. Discussed was a report prepared by his predecessor, Vernon Munoz Villalobos, on various aspects of the upbringing and education of children.
