International Conference on spiritual heritage of Holy Russia will be held in Paris

On 1 March 2010, the College of Bernardins in Paris will host an international conference on “Spiritual Heritage of Holy Russia.” Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, chairman of the Moscow Patriarchate Department for external church relations, will chair the conference timed to the “Holy Russia” exhibition at the Louvre.

The conference will be a church opening of the “Year of Russia” in France that will include many events, press service of the Korsun diocese reports.

Attending the “Spiritual Heritage of Holy Russia” conference will be experts from France, Russia, and Ukraine, who will present reports on history, particular features, and importance of the Russian Orthodox spiritual heritage.
