Archbishop Hilarion of Volokolamsk congratulates Vatican Secretary of State Tarcisio Cardinal Bertone on his 75th birthday

Archbishop Hilarion of Volokolamsk, chairman of the Moscow Patriarchate Department for External Church Relations, sent the following congratulation to Tarcisio Cardinal Bertone, the Vatican Secretary of State, on his 75^th birthday.

Your service to God in the Salesian family and the entire Roman Catholic Church as a professor and rector of the Pontifical Salesian University, as archbishop of Vercelli and Genoa, and your work in the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and in the State Secretariat of the Holy See have made you an example of the commitment to God and faithful adherence to our Lord Jesus Christ. May the Lord fill you with the gifts of His grace!
