His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia sent greetings to Archbishop Chrysostomos II with his Name Day and the anniversary of his enthronement. The text is given below.

Archbishop of Nea Justiniana and All Cyprus

Your Beatitude, beloved Brother and Concelebrant in the Lord:

I cordially greet Your Beatitude and wish You abundant grace from the All-Bountiful Lord and Master Jesus Christ.

I congratulate You on the day of Your Heavenly patron, St. John Chrysostom, and on the anniversary of Your enthronement as Primate of the Holy Church of Cyprus. It is gratifying to note that the years of Your primatial ministry have been marked by the development of fruitful cooperation between our Churches largely thanks to your personal efforts.

On this solemn day I pray to the Chief Shepherd our Lord Jesus Christ to grant Your Beatitude spiritual joy, good health, and many years of life.
