Archbishop Ioann of Belgorod and Stary Oskol, chairman of the synodal mission department; Bishop Ambrose of Gatchina, rector of St. Petersburg Theological Academy; Archpriest Vsevolod Chaplin, chairman of the synodal department for church-state relations;
