Governor of the Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko; Metropolitan Vladimir of St. Petersburg and Lagoda; Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, chairman of the Moscow Patriarchate\u2019s Department for External Church Relations; Bishop Amvrosiy of Petergof, rector of the St. Petersburg theological schools; Bishop Ignatiy of Vyborg and Priozersk; chairman of the Synodal department for youth affairs, Bishop Markell of Tsarskoye Selo; Bishop Sergiy of Solnechnogorsk, head of the Moscow Patriarchate\u2019s Administrative Secretariat; Bishop Nazariy of Kronstadt, abbot of the Laura of St. Alexander Nevsky; Bishop Mitrofan of Gatchina and Luga;
