{"id":76300,"date":"2012-11-22T23:00:32","date_gmt":"2012-11-22T19:00:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mospat.ru\/?p=76300"},"modified":"2012-11-23T17:50:13","modified_gmt":"2012-11-23T13:50:13","slug":"zavershilsya-pervyjj-den-raboty-plenuma-mezhsobornogo-prisutstviya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old.mospat.ru\/en\/2012\/11\/22\/news76300\/","title":{"rendered":"Inter-Council Presence completes its first day\u2019s work"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mospat.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/3VSN_9535.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-76302\" style=\"margin: 6px;\" title=\"3VSN_9535\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mospat.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/3VSN_9535.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"170\" height=\"113\" \/><\/a>November 22, 2012 \u2013 The Inter-Council Presence held several sessions at the Church of Christ the Saviour.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The participants considered the following draft documents: \u2018Proposals for amendments and additions to the Statute of the Russian Orthodox Church\u2019, \u2018Procedure for the election of the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia\u2019, \u2018On the Church\u2019s stand with regard to new personal identification technologies\u2019, and \u2018The ROC\u2019s position on the reform of the family law and problems of juvenile justice\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It was agreed to submit to the 2013 Bishops\u2019 Council proposals for amendments to the Statue and all the four versions of the Draft Provision for the Election of the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The document concerning juvenile justice was adopted with a new title which more clearly reflects the Inter-Council Presence\u2019s attitude to problems of the family law and juvenile justice.
