A school bus, carrying about 60 children between four and six years old, was hit by a train on a rail crossing near Manfalut in the Asyut Governorate. The text is given below.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>His Excellency Mr. Hisham KANDIL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prime Minister of the <\/strong><strong>Arab<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>Republic<\/strong><strong> of <\/strong><strong>Egypt<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your Excellency:<\/p>\n<p>It was with a feeling of deep sympathy that I have learnt about the bus crash in the south of Egypt that killed and injured many people, mostly children.
