Their visit to Moscow was initiated by the Historical Perspective Foundation and the Institute for Democracy and Cooperation (Paris). The delegation included cultural figures, scientists and journalists.<\/p>\n<p>They had a talk with Archpriest Sergiy Zvonarev, DECR secretary for the far-abroad countries. He welcomed the French guests on behalf of the DECR chairman, Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk.
