As its outcome, a scientific model of a new Russian Constitution was set forth. The study consists of six volumes prepared by the Center for Problem Analysis and State Governance Projecting.<\/p>\n<p>The most important parts of the monograph were presented by V. Yakunin, Doctor of Political Sciences, president of the Russian Railways Company, and Dr. Sulashkin, director general of the Center.<\/p>\n<p>Among the speakers were also Archpriest Vsevolod Chaplin, head of the Synodal Department for Church-Society Relation,s and S.
