The ceremony was organized by the Russian Federation consulate in Bonn.<\/p>\n<p>Present at the ceremony were leaders and staff members of diplomatic missions from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kirgizia, as well as President of the State Parliament of Rhineland-Pfalz Joachim Mertes.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Russian Orthodox Church Permanent Representation in Germany, on the same day a grand reception took place at the Russian General Consulate in Bonn in honour of war veterans.
