He is accompanied by his deputy chairman, Hegumen Philaret (Bulekov), and Mr. L. Sevastaynov, executive director of the St. Gregory the Theologian Charity.<\/p>\n<p>Upon his arrival, Metropolitan Hilarion visited the St. Petersburg diocesan administration for a brotherly talk with Metropolitan Vladimir. They discussed cooperation between the DECR and the diocese of St. Petersburg, the work of the DECR branch in St. Petersburg and other matters of mutual concern.<\/p>\n<p>Present at the meeting were Hegumen Mstislav (Dyachina), secretary of the diocesan administration, Archpriest Sergiy Kuksevich, secretary to Metropolitan Vladimir, and others.
