Igor Yakimchuk, \u00a0DECR secretary for inter-Orthodox relations.<\/p>\n<p>The Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church greeted the guests and asked Metropolitan Elpidiphorus of Prusa to convey gratitude to His Holiness Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople for sending his representatives to the celebration and his congratulatory message.
