Igor Vyzhanov, representative of the World Russian People&#8217;s Council to the UN, attended plenary session of the Third Committee of the General Assembly in the framework of participation of the delegation of the Russian Federation in the 65<sup>th<\/sup> session of the UN General Assembly, press service of the Patriarchal parishes in the USA reports.<\/p>\n<p>Interactive dialogue with Kishor Singh, a special rapporteur on the right to education took place during the session.
