Igor Yakimchuk DECR secretary for inter-Orthodox relations.<\/p>\n<p>Metropolitan Athanasios of Kyrenaika, representative of the Patriarch of Alexandria to the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, was also present.<\/p>\n<p>The high guests were met by archimandrite Stephen (Dispirakis), representative of the Patriarch of Jerusalem to the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia.
