E. Rami Adwan, in Paris.<\/p>\n<p>In the course of their talk, the hierarch expressed condolences over the tragedy that happened in August &#8211; the explosion in the port of Beirut that killed over two hundred peaceful residents.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Adwan told the Patriarchal Exarch for Western Europe about the life of Christian communities in Lebanon and the country\u2019s unique experience of interreligious cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>At the diplomat\u2019s request, His Eminence Anthony, in his turn, spoke about the history of the Russian Orthodox Church\u2019s presence in Western European states and about its present situation in France.<\/p>\n<p>They were joined in their talk by Rev.
