He devoted his talk to the students to the themes of pressing problems involved in diocesan and parochial governance in the Russian Orthodox Church and relations between the Church and the Cossacks.<\/p>\n<p>Before the lectures Bishop Kirill was greeted by the Academic Council secretary A.
