Alexey Borodavkin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Kazakhstan appointed last February. Taking part in the meeting were also Metropolitan Alexander of Kazakhstan and Astana; Archimandrite Sergy (Karamyshev), dean of the Astana church district; Rev.
