Bishop Viktor conveyed to the Primate of the Polish Orthodox Church fraternal greetings from His Beatitude Metropolitan Onufry of Kiev and All Ukraine and congratulated him on the 80th<\/sup> birthday that His Beatitude Metropolitan Sava is celebrating this year.<\/p>\n The representative of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church told about his work at the annual OSCE meeting and about the latest developments pertaining to the church life in Ukraine.
