The message states that such legislations \u201caim at increasing the tension and changing the cultural identity of the whole Ukrainian society.\u201d The full text is given below.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your \u00a0Beatitude, Patriarch of Moscow and \u00a0All Russia, \u00a0beloved \u00a0brother and concelebrant in Christ the \u00a0Lord, Kyrios Kyrios Kirill. With great joy, we embrace Your Beloved person in the Lord and we say,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Among all the pain surrounding the hearts \u00a0of our people and church, and in the midst of all tragedies facing our \u00a0East, we address You in this \u00a0blessed \u00a0period \u00a0with \u00a0the \u00a0paschal greeting: Christ is risen.<\/p>\n<p>Having received your fraternal letter N: 01\/2608 dated on 16 May 2017, we would like to express our \u00a0deep \u00a0solidarity with \u00a0Your \u00a0Beatitude \u00a0and \u00a0with \u00a0all \u00a0our \u00a0brothers in \u00a0the Patriarchate of Moscow and all Russia.<\/p>\n<p>We condemn \u00a0every step, which might affect the sovereignty of the Ukrainian people, and we condemn also firmly every step, which affect the independency, authenticity, integrity and freedom of the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
