E. Primo\u017e \u0160eligo, at the DECR.<\/p>\n<p>Participating in the meeting were also Archpriest Sergiy Zvonarev, DECR secretary for the far abroad, and Hierodeacon Roman (Kiselev) of the DECR secretariat for the far abroad. In attendance from the Slovenian side was also Ms. Andreja Banutai, Slovenian embassy first secretary.<\/p>\n<p>Metropolitan Hilarion welcomed the guest to the synodal department responsible for foreign contacts of the Russian Orthodox Church.
