Pierre Ferring, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the Russian Federation, at the latter\u2019s request. Attending the meeting were archpriest Sergy Zvonarev, DECR secretary for far abroad countries; Mr. Miguel Palacio of the same secretariat; and Mr. Patrick Hemmer, counsellor of the Embassy of Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>Metropolitan Hilarion warmly welcomed the guest.
