The text of the message is given below.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Your Excellency, dear Mr. President,<\/p>\n<p>It grieved my heart to learn about a horrible terrorist act \u2013 seizure of a school by militants in Peshawar, as the result of which dozens of people died and were injured. The tragedy is aggravated by the fact that most of the victims are children. Please, accept my sincere condolences.<\/p>\n<p>Now matter what stood behind the murderers\u2019 actions, the evil deed they committed cannot be justified.
