Barsky.<\/p>\n<p>Father Oleg congratulated Mr. Barsky on his new appointment. They discussed the forthcoming consecration of the Orthodox church of the Holy Royal Passion-Bearers in Huahin and St. Sergius\u2019s in Koh Chang.<\/p>\n<p>Special attention was given to the church in Huahin in the light of the forthcoming 115<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of the visit made to Siam by the heir to the Russian throne, Nikolay Alexandrovich (later the Holy Passion-Bearer, Emperor Nicholas II) and the celebrations to be held on the occasion.<\/p>\n<p>They also discussed the support to be given to non-governmental Russian-speaking educational institution in Thailand and the need to enhance the security of Russian-speaking tourists in the country\u2019s spas.<\/p>\n<p>Father Oleg expressed satisfaction with the development of relations between the Church Representation and the Russian Embassy in Thailand.
