departed for Sofia from St. Petersburg.<\/p>\n<p>The delegation that accompanied him included Metropolitans Dometian of Vidin, Gabriel of Lovech, Yoan of Varna and Velicky Preslav, Naum of Rousse, archimandrite Dionisiy (Mishev), archimandrite Feoktist (Dimitrov), representative of the Patriarch of Bulgaria to the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia.<\/p>\n<p>During the visit His Holiness Patriarch Neophytos venerated the holy sites of Moscow and St. Petersburg, celebrated with His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, visited the Moscow and St. Petersburg theological schools, met with Mr. Georgy Poltavchenko, Governor of St. Petersburg, and celebrated Litiya at the Ss Peter and Paul Fortress for the Russian Emperor Alexander II, the Liberator of
