Dear Brother in Christ,

I heartily congratulate you on your 70^th anniversary.

Your life and your ministry are filled with unceasing work for the development of good relation between our Churches, fraternal cooperation among all Christians. You have won respect not only of your flock, but also of many Christians of the world and other people of good will. We highly appreciate your sincere sympathy to the Russian Orthodox Church, your help and support, which you extend to the community of the Moscow Patriarchate in the capital of Norway.
