Metropolitan Kirill sends a congratulatory message to King Abdallah bin Abdel Aziz

It is my conviction that such relations are essential at a time when the world experiences an onslaught of aggressive secularism and stands in an acute need of a fresh return to eternal moral values of traditional religions.
