A special website on the Sourozh diocese is launched

A special website dealing with the situation in the Sourozh diocese was launched.

Official correspondence, responses from clergymen and parishioners, a column ‘Frequently asked questions’ will be published.

For instance, a letter of a member of the Diocesan council Fr. Raphael Armour with his comments on the ‘Declaration by members of the Diocesan Council’ is published. The Declaration expressed private opinion of some members of the Council, the website reports.

Information of an informal meeting of the Parish Council of the London Cathedral held on 21 May 2006 is offered. Archbishop Innokenty of Korsun expressed his wish for further stability in the conduct of church business, without radical changes, not alienating anyone and seeking the consensus of all brothers and sisters, regardless of their nationality, personal convictions and opinions.’
