Brussels commemorates Ss Cyril and Methodius

On 11 May 2006, the commemoration day of Ss Cyril and Methodius Equal-to-the-Apostles was solemnly celebrated in the Cathedral of Ss Archangels Michael and Gabriel in Brussels. After Vespers, scholarly reports were presented on the mission of the holy brothers from Thessalonica. Rector of the Moscow Patriarchate St.Nicholas Cathedral archpriest Anatoly Ilyin attended the event with the blessing of Archbishop Simon of Brussels and Belgium.
