Archbishop of Elista and Kalmykia meets with a group of Kalmykian Parliament members

On May 3, 2006, Archbishop Zosima of Elista and Kalmykia met with a group of the People’s Hural deputies led by its chairman I. Kichikov. The parliament members brought Easter greeting to the archbishop and all the Orthodox in Kalmykia.
The People’s Hural speaker presented the archbishop with a laudatory certificate from the republic’s parliament in recognition of his contribution to the consolidation of spiritual and moral values in society.
