Orthodox journalists discussed church mass media projects at the meeting with Metropolitan Vladimir of Kishinev and All Moldova

On 29 March 2006, representatives of the Orthodox mass media working in Moldova met with Metropolitan Vladimir of Kishinev and Moldova in his residence.

Metropolitan Vladimir noted that the Church must address people using available channels of information, including press, TV, radio and the Internet.

The participants in the ‘round table’ exchanged their opinions on the mass media work in their dioceses, deaneries, monasteries and parishes. A number of problems pertaining to the development of the church mass media projects in Moldova, including the formation of an Orthodox news agency were discussed, Moldova diocese web-sited reports.
